The Charge

While all of ELEM’s Eleven Principles may not resonate with, or even be feasible in your classroom, the charge of ELEM is feasible for all educators–innovate student success!

To do so, requires that we change vantage points, and do what is best for our students.  Not to babysit or sugarcoat the reality of the world we are to prepare them for, but to ensure that are equipped to achieve their goals, and that it is a memorable and positive experience.
